Vegas OT: Majority of dealers asian?

Just got back from Vegas and at least 80% of my dealers were ASIAN

Don't care about ethnicity/race but they tend to:

Deal the games extremely fast
Very little english spoken
0 personality at the tables

Thank god for Mirage.. Only game I found with friendly dealers and good blackjack odds for $25-50 a hand

Not out there to "make friends" but fvck it makes the game more enjoyable

ive heard that 6:5 BJ is taking over the strip which sucks, what kind of games was the mirage offering? I heard you pretty much have to go off strip to find good games.

Golden Gate(Downtown) is extremely Asian, strip seems more representative of average.

Dealers that entertain and are friendly,fun,speak English help the tip pool, its hard to tip dealers that only know how to say "insurance ? " !

6-5 on single deck, just play a shoe instead.

Mirage has the best 21 on the strip for $25 min

Bellagio has same dd game but $50 min

MGM no has a $10 min .26 House Edge 6 deck game.. Wynn has same for .26 and $25 min

Avoid Harrahs properties (caesars, ballys, rio, flamingo, bills, harrahs) -Absolute Joke

Only SD game not paying 6/5 is at El Cortez I believe

After looking at cbj news sheets.. EC,4 Queens and Western have it but are hitting soft 17's making the HE .18

The following casinos have 21 games with HE over 2% for blackjack (and thats with using basic strategy!!)

Osheas
Imperial Palace
Ballys
Harrahs
Flamingo has 1.99%

Yet these places are still packed

Players have no idea

Yea, ill be steering clear of these places, If I wanted to play 5-10min a hand you think as far as staying on the strip MGM/Mirage is the best bet?

If there are that many Asian dealers, then I hope they fire some and put them into the strip joints by the weekend of August 16-18....

MGM properties all the Way (mirage, mgm, mb, bellagio, monte carlo)

I would avoid Ex, Luxor, TI and NYNY

MGM for $10 would be ideal but you can get a decent game at say Monte Carlo and Circus Circus

Even Slotsafun if you can handle the smoke

I like staying downtown... lots of casinos in a small area, stuff to keep wife busy while I play...

and

you can always catch a BUS to the strip :missingte

We're going to have to find some Asian strippers close to home until we go back to Thailand. Sorry I wasn't able to meet up with you in Pattaya. I think that's where I will go the next time I'm in that country.

I think there are some Asian strippers here in Orange County. Lots of Vietnamese girls around here. They are to die for.
