Tampa has really struggled against the O's in the past, especially at home and have continued doing so this series. Cabrera is a young pitcher with very good stuff and, in my opinion, has thrown better than his 2-3 record indicates. Tampa is 8-15 this year vs. right handers so i look for Cabrera to even his record with a win and a series sweep of the Rays.
