They are coming up with the lamest of excuses and the shit is hitting the fan now. We are talking in the 100's of thousands of dollars. Dave Johnson, Kevin(J.T.), Charlie Adkins(fraud supervisor) are honorable until you win, then they go back and take back every bonus you received from day 1. If you reuped 5x and never won they are still going back and taking back any bonus money you ever received if you request a payout.
