The Angles head into Texas with 4-3 John Lackey on the mound against 1-4 Vicente Padilla. Lackey has a very nice 2.60 ERA while Padilla has a 4.93. The Angles have not faired particulary well on the road this year, but i feel this is a good spot, not only to win a game, but also a road series. The Angles have done a nice job picking up wins against weaker teams this year, being 15-9 when favored, in contrast the Rangers are only 8-15 when a dog. More than anything i dont think Padilla has what it takes to beat the Angles.

Me and BigMike go way back. Besides being a HOMO (probably not the preferred nomanclature), he has good knowledge of the game of baseball, although as you can tell by this comment:

We both know that you could never handle Chet Lemon and Madlock off the bench... once you were done being cute with Hurst i dropped dick off Clemens! And my "is that good" comment was pretty scarcastic. Thanks for the love though.
