I have never heard of this. I believe roulette to a be truly random game unless the house is using a different cheating method, but tossing the ball is not one I've ever heard of. Except for old stories of old roulette wheels having deviations in their surface causing some numbers to come out very slightly above average, I don't think the way the dealer tosses the ball will do anything.

i know for a fact that they can flip a switch or step on something on the floor to make the ball jump from one number to another without anybody noticing..

i've seen them do it ..

so i guess i meant nobody but me noticing..

I know you're joking but this reminds me of old Hollywood black and white movies. The house would never cheat in my opinion because the house edge would give them a guaranteed profit in the long term.

I've heard they can do this, but more that the dealer is bored and trying to keep themselves occupied. Even if they can do it the method is totally unreliable unless they are clearly in on it (ie organised).

Sports King, you can beat roulette using computers

There are coupiers or whatever they call them who definitely have a rythym. They are rare and far between. Twice I've found ones where you could pick a quandrant based on what number they let the ball go from as the wheel spun and do very very well.

The other way people beat ruoulette is with computers in their shoes.

You are correct...this is actually true. However it only can only happen on days when Dinosaurs and Unicorns get together for a picnic, magical pixie dust turns mud into chocolate and Kimchee doesnt make a useless post.

As you can see its pretty rare.

All I know is that when I tip the dealer with money on a number for them that they pick. That number hits about 75% of the time.

Only way to beat roulette is using a martingale but the martingale is a thousand times better to be used on blackjack.

Have you guys seen the level of talent of the people they hire in the casinos? It's not very high. I see dealers making mistakes all the time. It's a boring job to them and they get in a rut.

That being said, casinos would have to pay a lot of money for someone who has the talent to be able to throw the ball to hit a certain quadrant in roulette.

If a person has these skills the casinos would do the oposite, defenetly not hire that person....Alot of roulette dealers that have been doing this for 50 hours a weeks for 20 years or so can get into a rythem and hit a spot on a wheel, but its no sure thing...

Yes it is possible. My ex-wife used was a dealer for a long time in a casino a couple of years ago. She occasionally worked roulette and told me that she/others (i don't remember which) could hit sections on the wheel. And of course if you're tipping well they(dealers) are going to try to hit your section. Despite that, I think you would be wise to avoid roulette if you want to win. Try blackjack or craps if you have to play at all...at least you lose less.

Conversly, she also told me that if things were going well for someone at blackjack and they were a jerk, depending on how she shuffled she could help things change. I think it had to do with putting the undealt cards in the middle of the shoe.

True if by 'beat' you mean very likely to lose all of your money. A biased wheel, crooked dealer or a computer can give you an advantage.

So much total misinformation on here.

Fact: Betting systems don't change the house edge one iota.

There is no betting system that will beat any gambling game
where there is any house edge at all, it is a mathematical fact.

I will give 10-1 odds to anyone who wants to bet me they can
prove me wrong.

You may have short term win, but run a simulation over the long term,
and you will always lose. That is how vegas was built.

This is either bullshit or you are stupid. So you mean you have a way to hit 75% on a game. Yeah right. So when you "chose" to tip you hit it. So why wouldn't you tip every spin.
