Yes sir I discipline myself to 1 play per day. Also don't play any ML higher than -135. Money Management is very important to one's success. Never chase a loss not a great idea . I just take my loss and look forward to the next day hopefully with better results.
Not sure yet however will post ASAP. Most likely Monday a.m. gotta weigh in all the factors (weather , injuries , ect. ) and see if I have any play that qualifies under the system listed above.
