Attention Please: You Be the Judge

It takes a real coward and horrible person to make his living hiding behind a computer and waiting for me to post my plays, taking them, and charging people their hard earned money for them. It was brought to my attention that this is exactly what Players of America has been doing for nearly a month now. You be the judge. If you have ever paid for this coward’s picks or know someone that did, please address the issue. A real man would give his clients their money back because of his thievery. Posted below are my plays and his plays on a given day. All the plays under his name that are in bold were on my card. Please note, he gives out his plays in the afternoon, while I post mine in the morning. This guy will no longer be making money off of me.

From April 20th to April 29th, Players of America made 32 side plays in baseball that he charged people for. 29 of those 32 plays were posted on my card the morning of him giving out his picks to his clients in the afternoon.

Today he had the same plays as well. For the month of May he charged people for 51 side plays. 39 of those plays were on that card hours before he charged people for them.

buffettgambler I had something similiar happen to me . I posted my plays and gave out how my system works at another site only to find out that a tout was using my system and posting the exact plays at another site charging people. I called him out and ask him what his plays were for one day and he never responed and I didn't post any plays that day either so he comes into the forum and tells everyone that he had no plays for that day , however the very next day after I posted he posted the exact card. This kind of action can be expected and sorry that it has happened to you.

I don't think it is a coincidence that POA has consistantly posted your plays. They must be making a killing off of you. However, your posts are valued very much and is a very helpful tool for us rx members. I hope that you will continue to put the same effort into your write-ups as you do daily. Do not let POA prevent you from doing what you do. We need your write-ups!

Buffet this happens more than you think... I am actually looking into a site that may be using my plays. I dont want to call them out yet but my card and their card has looked very similar for the past 2 weeks or so.... its a shitty feeling man i know..

BG- Please dont stop posting. I don't know how to stop it from happening unless you post an hour or so before the game which is not good for those tailing you but would make it more difficult for this outfit to get them out in time. Let us know what you decide or if you need assistance in any way.

I told myself I would stop posting when it is no longer fun, and the time and inconveniences outweigh the pleasure of helping others. It has become no longer fun.

I don't understand why you care, tbh.

He's not stealing from you.

It would be stealing if you were a tout, because he would be stealing customers from you and compromising your business. Since you do not charge for your picks, your money (presumably) is made on betting your picks where as a tout makes money off customer fees.

If both of you were charging for picks I could see who this could be "stealing". Otherwise I don't see how this is a big deal. Dirty? Sneaky? Liar? Yes, yes, yes. Stealing? No.

Best thing to do is not post for 7 days and watch how much business they lose from trying to cap their own games. They will have many pissed off customers.

When you get caught charging people for plays that 96% were from my card, what else do you expect these cowards to do? They had no other choice except admitting their thievery.

just see how they do for the next few weeks....they say they will post the night before....if they stay fairly consistent they may not be copying your plays....if they are around 50% or something then they probably copied your plays....keep up the great work bg......

compromise. get a % from them but keep giving us for free. its obvious their clients arent in the rx.
