I'm not condoning what he did but cock fighting and dog fighting go back to the Civil War era and even earlier than that. It is part of Afro-American history. I am not going to condemn a man for partaking in something that his ancestors did. Most of us find it deplorable but it a sport (if you can call it that) that is practiced in many parts of the world. It is no different than bull fighting which is just as cruel. The bigger joke is the NFL which is so violent that many players die in their fifties due to the damage they do to their bodies. People despise Roy Jones Jr. for raising fighting cocks. They do nothing about abolishing boxing. Is the NFL really any different than any other fight to the finish sport. Take away the religious experience music of Sam Spence and NFL Films and it's all the same.

there are a lot of things that my ancestors did that do not go on today.can we go back to them too?

dog fighting is disgusting in my opinion.there may be a reason why it is legal and not considered disgusting in some third world countries.but i live here and am glad this is frowned upon.

i may be stupid but isn't bull fighting just holding out a towel and fucking with a bull? or do bulls actually fight each other?OLE'

WOW.had no idea.thanks.........i guess me sitting down eating a steak would be hypocritical to say i am against bullfighting.or a chicken sandwich while complaining about cockfighting.

well i won't go there but will say i love dogs and do not like to hear about dogfighting.it really may be no different but to me it is
