jetblue has TV, like 30 channels and has nice comfortable leather seats and I think is direct from one of the DC area airports (not sure if it is BWI).

Southwest is direct from BWI and you can check in early to assure you get an A, which means you can get an exit row and all the leg room you want. I will send you a free drink coupon booklet so you can have about 8 free beers (seriously, I will).

probably, from the heat, it will be like 115-120 when you fly there and Vegas is often windy as hell. are you afraid of flying?

what about the winter?

they had problems b/c of the weather. Almost all of their flights have to go through one of like 3 or 4 major airports, one of which is JFK, and basically their entire east coast flight plan was cancelled for about 2 or 3 days this past winter.

If you want the drink coupons for SWA let me know and I will send them. I am 99% sure I have one. $370 SWA non stop right now. You can probably buy one of their frequent flyer vouchers on craigslist or ebay for ~$300 to save some scratch.

southwest is the best run airline. I like them a lot.

if cost is really no issue, the best way of course is on someone like American first class

JetBlue flies out of Dulles. They have a non-stop of 5 1/2 hours including movies and cable TV. They even have a trip indicator which tells you your location on the map and your speed and altitude.

Tickets can be had for $368 round-trip flying Friday, August 17th returning Sunday, August 19th on www.jetblue.com.

For those with anxiety problems, your personal physician can prescribe anti-anxiety medicine just for plane flights.
