Record: 105-107
Profit: +.03

Record on May 1st was:

Record: 69-87
Profit: -18.67

Since then, betting only one "unit" a game, the record has been:

36-20, +18.7

Not a bad turnaround.

Now, it's the time to make some money. Just making back the losses isn't gonna be enough. Wish me luck fellas.

Washington Nationals +180
Pitchers: Hudson/Williams

Braves just aren't hitting well. Should keep the Nats in it.

Milwaukee Brewers -118
Pitchers: Vargas/Eaton

Milwaukee likes to hit it deep and Eaton likes to give em up. Vargas is the better pitcher.

Colorado Rockies -105
Pitchers: Hirsch/Johnson

Randy just doesn't have it right now and the Rockies kill lefties. A fastball pitcher without a top fastball will have trouble in this one.

Detroit Tigers +115
Pitchers: Verlander/Wakefield

Wakefield is gonna have a tough start pretty soon. Tigers have the offense to do it.

Chicago Cubs +127
Pitchers: Zambrono/Maine

I really don't feel all that confident about this one but Carlos Zambrono is the better pitcher and the Cubs have shown enough offense to compete. I'll give it a try, but don't feel that confident.

I'd bet the Cubs too on potential but Maine has been lights out.

Maine has been great and is on my fantasy team, but eventually the ERA and WHIP of these two pitchers has to move back towards the mean (average). I'm hopin today will be the day.

Either way, getting +125 on Zambrono is generally a good bet. Good luck today bud.

Like 'em all except the Nats. Jerome Williams sucks ass.

Haha yea you are right. At +180 or whatever, I figured I'd take a shot. Williams is one of those guys that gets rocked four straight, then pulls a gem out of his butt. Let's cross our fingers and hope for gem.

Back in the negative but not for long this time. The Rockies are the hardest team in baseball to figure out offensively. No more Coors games for me.
