I said a couple of night ago that I was due for a great night and that night I went 4-1. Well, last night luck was on my side as I went 5-0, picking up 6.30 units. I went 3-0 with my favorite plays and hit both decent sized dogs. The only bad thing about a night like last night is you have nowhere to go except down. I was very lucky with the phils comeback as well as the mets coming back to win. Here are tongihts plays.

Milwaukee -114 vs Phillies…………Brewers should have won last nights game. I think the brewers have a huge pitching advantage in this one.
Milwaukee is 6-0 in Vargas starts (2-0, 0.53 in last three starts) and while Eaton did pitch well in his last start, Eaton has 7.62 RA in his last five starts. I am not a big fan of Eaton at all. I always wanted him in the bullpen with Brett Myers in the rotation, but Charlie Manual does not see it that way. Despite last nights loss, the brewers have still won 7 of their last 10. I know the phillies, just when you think they are going to turn it around, they lose again. I just feel like tonight is a bad spot for them. I look for Vargas to continue his torrid pitching while Eaton reverts back to his usual form. Brewers in a walk tonight.

Mets -146 vs Cubs……………There I go again, going against the Cubbies. Maine has been a great young pitcher for the Mets. He is 5-0, with an era of 1.79 and the Mets have won all seven of his starts this year, so they apparently hit well behind him. His opponent Zambrano, is maybe for the first time in his career over-rated. Zambrano has 5.04 RA in four road starts this season. This is not the same pitcher we are used to seeing. Any other time, I would jump all over him as a dog like this, but not this year, especially at the Mets with a redhot Maine on the hill. The Mets have a very potent offense, and they will enjoy the chance to light Zambrano up tonight….kick him while he is down.

That is all from me tonight. Part of the reason I have having a decent season is I am not forcing games. I love the braves tonight but am not stupid enough to lay -193 on them. I also like Cleveland, but they are over my -150 limit. I have no luck with runlines and parlays are sucker bets, so I will take a pass on those two and wait for another day.

Good Luck Everybody!!
