I can't seem to shake off this funk I've been in.
Tonight was just horrible. I go to the Sox/Yankees game around 7:15PM hoping to see a great Sox win, instead I get there and there is a rain delay. Ok, no problem, they were nice enough to put the Bulls game on the jumbo screen and we watched the Bulls kick some ass. Around 8PM, my buddy and I are grabbing some beers when we hear the game maybe delayed until 9:15 or even 9:30PM. Ok, no problem, Bulls game is still on so we can watch that. At around 9:05, w/ 6 minutes or so left in the Bulls game, the jumbo screen goes blank and they make an announcement telling us the game was postponed until tomorrow afternoon as part of a day-night doubleheader. What a loud of bullshit. At least keep the frickin' Bulls game on and let us watch it and make something of our night. Still had a blast especially because one of my girls was back in town and she came w/ and kept me company. And after the game, she kept me company some more, pow chica pow wow.
Oh and fuck the A's, they're trying to ruin a sick ass 3-team parlay I had w/ them, the Indians, and the Braves.
