so i go to place a wager on the tigers +182 for game 2 tongiht....when i go to confirm my wager it says the line has changed to +177 now and to reconfirm. i go to reconfirm and it says the line has now changed to +175. i go to reconfirm and finally get the line at +174...it seems there is a good 15-20 second pause on the confirmation screen everytime i place a wager there. i have been given a lower or higher line before from jam but not 8 cents difference and 4 confirmations later...anyone have any info on why they do this??

To answer your question, (although I think you already know the answer), the reason BetJam does this is to get the best line possible. So try this the next time you make a bet...if you want to bet the Tigers +182, place youe bet instead on the Red Sox at whatever the listed price is, in this case let's assume a dime line, so -192. Wait and see if they offer this bet at -192 as advertised, or if they try to change it also to say -197. If they do try to change the line on you, don't confirm but print the screen showing this information and then go try to bet the Tigers at +187, which they will again obviously change on you, but then you have caught them!
The real problem is how are you going to get paid if you win?
