Anyone have this? Either from typing, betting(being on the internet too much), etc....

Man, since being back icing cakes and shit it has come back. Right now the brunt of the work is on me and will be for the first couple years.

Is there anyone out there that has had this shit and controlled the numbing , nightly cramps, pains....without surgery?

The earliest I could get surgery is Jan. 08' but I dont know if I can wait. With 10-15 weddings through August it's going to be rough.

you might have this instead of carpal tunnel

Image results for ulnar nerve

which part of the hand is bothering you, If its the middle finder out this would be the ulnar nerve

you may also have nerve damage in your hand buy your thumb and 2nd finger (try making a smile guy (thumb and 2nd finger) and see if you have your muscle their

Big Bet,

What worked for me like a charm was a simple thing. Just start doing pushups. Start with one and work your way up. In the beginning, your hands will kill but if you keep it up, you will be 99% better in a short time. Maybe even as soon as a month.

I've been thinking about picking up some KNOT (knot.com). Do you think this is a good investment?

I had numbing hands and fingers, they would fall asleep in minutes if I had my hand or rist turned or twisted.I went to DR.:nono5: who put me on antiinflamitorys and said come back in a month.I went back and after some tests all that could be done was more pills or surgery.Well that was out of the ?.So while I was at my Chiropractors for some lower back relief I asked about my wrist and hands. He explained what most likely was causing the pain,Inflamed tendons,I believe,in my wrist. He did some adjusting and gave my wrist a little yank and twist and going on 10 years,no pain,no numbness. Before surgery please try to find a good chiro. If you lived near me I would refer you..Good luck.Look online for some exercises you might be able to do.

This is basically what I have with the outermost 2 fingers on my left hand-caused by a slightly pinched nerve in my neck (Standard degenerative disc disease).
