Best way to lose a beer belly???

I have developed a little bit of a beer belly recently. What is the best and fastest way to lose it? I have tried the low carb diet and switching to Micholob Ultra beer but it only causes me to lose wait in my waist, face and neck. I am not a big fan of cardio activities as I am a smoker. I do use my bow-flex machine though.

Any suggestions???

Well, you listd all the things that could help that you wont do.....get use to the gut, it will only get bigger

Guys hold extra weight in their stomachs. Once you reach age 45 or so, just about every guy has a gut. It's really hard to get rid of it, so it's best to not get one.

Eat 5 meals a day, sooner or later you body will know you are not starving yourself and start buring the fat instead of muscle

Let's see, quit drinking beer might help. Next, do a little walking, noting serious, maybe 20 minutes or so every day or so. Blend in a few salads for lunch, like everyday. Give it a month and you may reach your goal, otherwise keep lighting up the heaters cause they will kill you and the gut will be gone soon enough.

First all its hard to have a body of someone who has a healthy lifestyle while living a unheathly life. You do the 4 things that make a trim body hard to attain:
Drinking,
smoking,
no cardio(which means alot of just sitting)
and an unhealthy diet( OK,I'm assumming this one but they all go hand in hand)

I'm noy saying you should stop all of these a once, but you should try to reduce each one. Cardio doesn't have to be a pain in the ass. Taking your dog for a late night walk, pickup basketball, chasing your kids in the yard or jumping up and down bitching at your favorite team. Anything that increases your heart rate and gives your muscles an exercise.

You will find as you start to reduce your bad habits and increase the good ones, not only will they all become easier, but you will see dramatic change in your body.

get up every mornin,and do 60 minutes of walkin,crawlin,joggin,masturbatin,etc,once your body becomes efficient,at whatever youre doin,start walkin up the longest hills in your neighborhood,once you master the hills,start liftin some weights,dont let one day pass,that you dont do somethin,to improve your conditioning...get off the couch,aint nothin like feelin good.

do what i do !! sign up at 24 hour fitness.... do the dumb bells,sit up's aka crunchs, and then run to the wet steem room for 20 min's. eat healthy choice tv dinners & and chase that with green tea. drink lots of h20 and when ya have sex try and stay on for more then 5 min's......slow down and make it for 10 min's....... thats what i do !! good luck :lolBIG:

quit drinking so much beer start wotking out 3-4 times a week concentrate on abs and do 60mins of aerobics each of those days to burn that fat off

I wouldn't be able to look at myself if i had a gut. Stop smoking, or atleast slow down, don't drink beer it's just extra calories, lower you carb intake, exercise 5 times a week, space out your meals 5-6 times a day.

I started getting into shape last summer. Now i have a well defined body and when people notices you know it's all worth it. But heal is foremost the most important aspect, and that's why i do it.

Take fish oil/flax oil daily.
Multivitamin.
East fruits/veggies.
Chicken/Tuna/Beef
Drink 1Gallon + of water daily
Exercise regularly.

I don't see how people can smoke and drink and look like shit while gambling or living life. People look at your appearance first, all that money ain't gonna help you will still look like shit.

Sometimes you have to wake up and start doing your shit. I struggle with it daily and it's not easy.

Get some viagra and fuch, fuch, and fuch some more. You have to be on top. For every 1/2 you fuch, you burn 130 calories.

The serious easiest answer is take human growth hormone, but the US government will tell you it is bad because athletes abuse it. Repeated studies at top notch medical schools have shown people over 25 or 30 who take minimal doses conver 5-15% of fat to lean muscle...

Anyways, if you want it, you'll have to look long and hard in the states or head to the Caribbean.

I know a few guys that take hgh and it pretty much almost looks like it expands the gut rather than reduces it. Kind of like the hulk hogan look. You can spot any hgh user by looking at the abs. Sure they may look muscular and have a 6 pack, but it also looks bloated in a way and kind of sticks out also if you know what I mean, its just not washboard flat, but not droopy and flabby at the same time.
