I think 4 x 200 would be better, I don't even know if that exists....more time for comebacks

Not really driving at anything, just watched an awesome relay on TV (SEC, LSU had some BEASTS), and started thinking I could watch this all freakin day. We need a mens relay channel and somewhere to bet this stuff.

I am a big track and Field fan. There is a 400 by 200 but not as frequent and not in the World Championships OR Olympics. I think the 100 is the most exciting but anything from 100 to 800 is great...

If you wan't exciting watch the steeplechase at the novice level. Some of those guys will take a nose dive at the water jump.

I ran everything from the 800 meters on up. You want most boring? How about 10,000 Meters which was my forte

Just had the addidas track field championships at Home depot center over weekend, is awesome. Americans dont appreciate because they only understand points, same reason soccer doesnt fly in this country. People too stupid.

US Track and Field dominates even if people dont watch it. I watch it all the time.

I agree completely. Could watch the 4x100 or 4x400 all day long. Am big Track and Field guy. Ran in college and cannot be beat for excitement. feels like a horse race when you are watching. feels like you are on the rail and you can see the leads change back and forth , especially on the turns.

10,000 is boring but if USA was better it would help. DO you still run a little? Steeplechase is interesting but once again for Kenyans who own this event.

I loved watching Michael Johnson in the 400. Right now the best 400 runner is Jeremy Wariner and I love that race.
