First he screws up Zach Duke after his rookie season by changing his mechanics (he still has not recovered), now he tries to make Ronnie Paulino who hit .310 his rookie year into a homerun hitting pull hitter!!! No shit, this is no lie...... Paulino hit shots through the box and to right field last year while hitting over .300....now he is trying to pull every pitch and looks totally lost at the plate. GO look at Dukes numbers after his rookie year and then look at Paulinos as well.

Tracey is the worst!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that he is a crap manager...
