Rx Bash Confirmation - GROUP TWO only

These are the people who have registered for the Rx Bash and have been a member of the Rx.com since September 2005 or earlier and have 3000+ posts.

If you should be on this list but aren't, please let me know in this thread. Cite your post # from the Early Bird Reservations thread if you can as it speeds things up for me.

Normally, I'd send everyone an email, which I will still get to. The content of that email is below, just in case I have to run out suddenly.

Hi! If you're receiving this email, you have signed up to reserve a room for the 2007 Rx Bash!

You are part of Group Two. This group consists of those posters who either registered at the Rx before September 2005 or have 3000+ posts.

When our hotel is confirmed, your group has second shot at phoning in your
reservation. To guarantee your spot, I will be sending all of you an email with instructions for reserving, including a confirmation code specific to your group. You will have a two-day window to reserve. At that time, the third group will be emailed instructions and the confirmation code. Etc.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this email.
I will get back to you within 24 hrs.

We look forward to seeing all of you again!

xpanda, what happened with Group One? I got that first email saying that there'd be a follow-up email, but didn't ever receive any other instructions. What's the deal?

Group one has all been sent to DOJ.GOV email addys ...they are probably overwhelmed but will be getting back to you shortly

She hasn't comfirmed the hotel.Once that is done we can call give our credit card #'s and our wifes can start shopping for the trip.

if you'll read the e-mail, it states that once the hotel is confirmed you get 2 days to make reservations, then it opens up to group 2, and so on and so forth you ball licker.
