I am getting excited about this year's bash. I like competition much like everyone else here.

Are we going to have a poker and a blackjack tournament at the bash this year? Has any Rx advertiser offered to pony up some cash? Pokerbility seems like a good source if they would like to impress a captive audience. After the fun and success of last year I am pretty sure we can get away with charging $50 bucks or so per poker entry to sweeten up the pot.

A blackjack tournament would be fun as well. Last year was interesting, but we should have allowed buy in entries. Is there an offer on the table for a blackjack tourny sponsor?

We could also entertain some ideas on a sportsbook contest. Many of us will be hanging around the sportsbook anyway.

thoughts?

Do I get 100 bucks worth of drink vouchers from you? Need to know.

Journey, if you actually show up and I believe you will then I will probably have to get in line just to buy you a drink. I will be glad to use my free drink coupons on you. he he:thumbsup:

I know you are not a very big drinker anyway, but you will have to accept every free drink we get you so as to not insult us.

The Rx had nothing to do with it last year. The "buy-ins" were conducted through sexywagers.

Dante, on the very first hand I flopped a straight and slow played it and you caught a flush on the river I believe. I was crippled big time, but still worked my way back up before getting bad beated by TTinCo. I think I finished like 30th. I did last long enough to get a titty back rub from Brooke and nice neck kisses from Mika. My bash buddy Mr. NBA ended up winning (chopped with WharfRat) so it was all good.

I would love to play a heads up tournament this year, but I know that would be too tough to organize and require too many dealers. I am a solid heads up player and feel I could cash nearly 50% of the time. :missingte
