THE BIG WEST CHAMPIONS, what does that mean? That means they won the confrence that is the BEST CONFRENCE IN THE NATION 1 through 4, and they have to GO ON THE ROAD to play THE BEST TEAM IN THE NATION, BAR NONE which is ASU SUNDEVILS.

THAT IS BECAUSE SCUMBAGS that run the committee, DONT WANT 7 or 8 teams in the CWS from the WEST.

And BEFORE People come in here and say they dont care about this thread? The BIG WEST is the reason teams like the Yankees and Redsox even exist. They damn sure dont get there players from Boston and NewYork.

Didnt say Az. st cannot win a national title. If things break their way, they are well coached and capable. Similar to Oregon St. winning last year when they also were not the best team.

Tough deal-- baseball is still a negative revenue sport so the San Diego and Long Beach regional appear loaded.

They really can't fly these teams all across the country,schools and NCAA would lose their ass.

ACC is the best conference--remember UCLA got shelled at Miami earlier in the year.

Kind of disappointed that Cal Poly didn't get in--they probably deserved it more than Minnesota or Troy.

I was waiting for this inevitable thread.
UCR just needs to win out despite their seeding. Certainly have to overcome a tough team and tough place to play, but they still can win it on the field.

Awesome that San Diego is hosting a regional Can't believe little USD is #5 in the country. Congrats to Coach Rich Hill. Wish I was around this weekend to go the games.

ASU and Cal-Fullerton seem to play each other in the 1st or 2nd round every year. Seems a shame that both never got to the Super Regionals in years past as they both deserved to.

Rebuilding year for Titans, cant hit the ball, all though Wallach is hot right now.

Torreros very good, funny that they are better than Aztecs in baseball, basketball and football. Probably because they have better coaches than Aztecs in all 3 sports. Gwynn wont get off fat but to get a recruit.

come on man....basketball...no way....football, i agree san diego is solid, but if they played st's schedule they wouldnt finish any better....and i understand ahead of time u will disagree, but that's my opinion.
