I need your help. I have been reading the posts here since this whole
thing began. I haven't posted until now but I think I've reached the
breaking point.

I am seriously having a nervous breakown over this Neteller money. I
need it now. I need to pay my credit card bills and my rent. If I
don't get it, I am financially ruined.

I am so paranoid about everything now. Every time a little thing
happens with Neteller I go nuts and fear they are trying to steal my
money. Every ten minutes I feel a compulsion to check this forum,
neteller's website, the 2+2 poker forum, netellergroup. com, and google
news to see if there are any new developments. I check them over and
over again. I can't sleep, I can't work, I can barely eat. I am losing
weight. I am slowly wasting away and dying.

Neteller's "announcement" could literally come any moment on any day
now. It could happen when I'm sleeping, eating or urinating. I can't
afford not to stop checking websites every 10 minutes. But it's
destroying my life.

Please help me. Neteller please give me my money. I wonder how many
lives this despicable company has ruined. </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
This is pretty sad. I'm sure hundreds if not thousands are in the same predicament.

This person sounds mentally ill. The sane approach would be to assume he's not getting the money and proceed accordingly. If he had spent all the time that he has obsessed over it on something productive then maybe he'd already have made up for the lost money. Sounds like this guy needs professional help more than his Neteller funds.

Easier said then done...and not everyone can just forget it or get over it....he sounds like a bonus hunter who got caught with most of his money in one place... for all we know this person had 100% of his funds in NT, I could see where many would have felt NT was about as safe as abank...I never felt that way personally and never left any money sitting in there....I blame the DOJ for sitting on the assets when the proof is there whether they sit on the NT assets or not....

I imagine is the U.S. is going to try to keep the money, what other reason would they have to hold the funds, the proof is there one way or the other? Which just proves once again they only care about themselves and not the citizens....50k -100k could ruin a person very easily.

Anyone who has their rent money or other essential funds offshore isn't too swift. Hopefully we'll be hearing some good news the end of this week or beginning of next.

Most people i know, including myself, managed to get their money out of neteller one way or another. If this guy is so desperate to get his money out there were certainly ways to do so early on and the weeks that followed.

Sounds like this guy is a little off his rocker.

To speculate on this person's situation and mental well-being is equally assinine as it is irresponsible. I check the sites several times a week too ... not because I'm mentally ill (which I may or may not be, but not because I check), but instead because I want my fuking 10 K too.

Maybe this guy lost his job, or gave the rest of his money to a relative with unforseen medical expenses. None of us are in a position to judge.

Nothing funny about 70M being stolen IMO.

thats a nice avatar Lander.....

to clarify my smilie above, I did think what D2bets wrote was funny, however I empathize deeply for those of you who have had money stolen from you by your own GOVERNMENT, what a betrayal, I would most definately feel bad if mine did that to me

70 fuckin DIMES!??

Did you move money there right after Pinnacle shut of americans then got stuck in the run on the bank??

Have you had conversations with anyone there recently as to whats up? Maybe if you went to Canada or the Isle of Man itself they could cut you a check?!

I had already pulled most of the money out of my accounts in November. I let everything I still had ride on Florida moneyline for the CFL championship. I was in the middle of getting all this money out when the shit hit the fan. I was doing the Canadian Peer to Peer thing when that avenue got cut off. All in all I have 16 accounts with frozen funds.

I have talked to everyone and the only thing I can do is wait like everyone else. My lawyer thinks the US and Neteller will have to give up the funds. Some of the funds are in ach limbo (frozen) while some is still sitting in Neteller. He is prepared to file suit, but I would be exposing other people who are not involved and I am not going to do that. If they froze US accounts a couple months earlier I would be out mid 6 figures which makes this easier to swallow.

This was the final wakeup call for me hence my retirement. BOS hurt me pretty bad, but I hurt them even worse. Pinnacle was disappointing, but they were not my moneymaker.

so it sounds like you have a gameplan..

Correct me if i am wrong, but it seems like you did little to no wagering, most of your profits were from bonus's, ETC?
