Bush removed after 91 pitches, bullpen implodes.

Beautiful.

What's with idiot managers anyhow?

They often times think a little too much, or not at all.

Here's a fucking clue for Yost.

Bush pitches the 8th, Cordero the 9th.

Why do you want to get Turnbow into a 2-1 game? So you can eventually get canned?

and if Turnbow had pitched a scoreless 8th you would be praising him now, I think the correct move would have been to put Cordero in with 1 out in the 8th, no way however do you let Bush pitch the 8th, he is known to give up the big inning and his ERA after the 6th inning is horrid

I would stay with a hot pitcher with only 91 pitches. Then again, I think many managers over manage anyhow.

Turnbow was demoted for a reason. Maybe if Bush had a higher pitch count. Maybe if Bush wasn't on fire.

And if Turnbow was effective, my position wouldn't change. Stay with a hot pitcher with a 2-1 lead when you can.
