BetMania ... Anyone Get Paid From Them in The Past Month ? .. I Sure As Hell Haven't

And I'm far from the only one that's getting the shaft from these clowns.

The last payout I got was on April 5th. They were then supposed to make payouts every 15 days after that last payout.

Submitted a payout request online on April 24th ... ignored, despite the fact that I got an e-mail reply from them acknowledging the payout request.

Submitted another payout request online on April 30th ... ignored, despite the fact that I got an e-mail reply from them acknowledging the payout request.

Called in a payout request on May 14th ... was told I would be paid by the end of the week ... still waiting ... still being told every excuse in the book.

I've called several times since that call-in request on May 14th ... each time I've been told that "I'm 3rd on the payout list" LOL ... well, if I've been 3rd on the payout list for the past 16 days, I guess they aren't paying anyone ... and another thing that's funny, is that I've been in contact with another Rx poster waiting on a payout for about 10 days, and they've been telling him that he too is "3rd on the payout list".

Other little tidbits of info:

Last week, I asked the girl at BetMania why they're not paying people, and she told me that they can only send 5 Western Unions per day. While that may be true, they're not sending anywhere close to 5 payouts per day ... I'd be surprised if they're sending one payout every 5 days.

Last night, I talked to some guy at BetMania who told me that they're paying "active" players faster than they're paying inactive players (such as myself ... I stopped betting there in early April) ... he suggested that I start betting again, and that I might get my payout faster ... obviously, paying players faster based on whether they're active or not is a totally unacceptable practice ... but the ironic thing is, that 2 months ago, BetMania manager "Mike" suggested that I stop betting, since I had won a bunch from them already (he said that they'd just as soon have me stop betting, and that they'd pay out my balance and get me out the door).

They recently started accepting EcoCard .. I said "Great, I have an EcoCard account". So I called them up about getting a payout to my EcoCard account, and they told me that they were only accepting EcoCard deposits at this time, and not making any payouts to EcoCard. LOL .. shocker !!!

So my question is, when is The Rx going to take their head out of the sand, acknowledge that the situation at BetMania is approaching "no-pay" status (not just mega slow-pay), and try to get these clowns to make some payouts to their customers ?

BetMania have milked the "No Neteller / Processor Problems" angle for far too long. Many books are having legitimate "processor problems", but BetMania isn't one of them. BetMania simply doesn't have the money to make payouts, as far as I can see .. or to be more precise, it looks like the "money man" behind them doesn't want to cough up the money.

Do the right thing, Rx.

wow that is really sad situation... Im fully funded there and have not asked for anything yet....Mods please find out the inside info and post something...

no not BOS

they were part of SKYBOOK in some way for a time...I think everyone then denied it but at first it was a spin off of skybook or soemthing.

Had some ups and downs with them during the beginning of the Neteller fiasco but they really turned it around the last few months and did an excellent job for me.

I will for sure be back next hoops season for the free half point, the best offer/deal out there at any book.

"BetMania paying people everyday" ? ..... I think not.

I've been "number 3 on the payout list" for the past 2+ weeks.

This thread is asking for anyone to come forward who has been paid in the past month ... not the past couple of days, the past MONTH ... and noone has come forward to confirm a payout, despite the fact that this thread has been up for over 24 hours.

36 hours ago, SBR asked for BetMania clients to come forward who have been paid recently ... not one person has come forward so far.

So ... BetMania paying people everyday ? ... ummm .. no.

Anyhow, I was hoping that the RX was going to do a "bookmaker intervention", to try to get Mania to start paying people, but apparently that's not going to happen.

So I sent off an e-mail, wil, since it looks like the squeaky wheel is going to get the grease on this one. Thanks in advance for your time, and I am truly sorry that BetMania themselves didn't step up to the plate, because I know you are a busy man and don't need to be spending your time on this kind of stuff.

That is the book that Norm, the guy who ran Millinium and is part of the indictment against BOS, was rumored to have landed and running the book.

i received a 1.5k withdraw through moneygram about a month ago, and another 1.5k moneygram withdraw that was processed in the middle of month, although i just picked the money up yesterday.

Well, 2 more weeks have now passed since I started this thread, and not one red cent from BetMania in the form of a payout .... and this is after Wilheim intervened on my behalf ... and after Mike Mitchell, late last week, "guaranteed" that I would have a payout by "yesterday (Monday), or today (Tuesday) at the latest".

It has now been 10 weeks since I've received a payout from these fucking clowns ... but the Rx would have me (us) believe that BetMania are paying people every day.

I just got off the phone with Mike at BetMania and he told me you guys had a fairly long and very amicable phone conversation yesterday. This post took him by surprise because when Mike hung up with you he assumed you knew that there was a payment coming this week (either Wednesday or Thursday). Look for a Western Union no later than Thursday.

Anyway, he assured me that you will get that payment, I will also send you an email myself.

Wil, he promised the payout would go out yesterday or today at the very latest, and said that I would not need to call him to remind him about it ... Wednesday or Thursday were not even mentioned as possibilities ... a complete lie for him to even mention Wednesday or Thursday as something that was discussed.

And "amicable" ... well, I would describe it more as doing my best to bite my tongue and keep from screaming at the guy, given that they still have several thousand dollars of my money.

And this payment, if and when it comes, still will only be $1,000. As far as I'm concerned, I should be paid my full balance, based on the fact that they haven't paid me for 10 weeks, and that my $3K or so balance rightfully should have been paid out over that 10 week period (even at their $1,000 per payment max rate) ... but I didn't press that issue, as I figured I'd better just get the first $1,000 payment in my pocket, rather than raise a big stink and possibly get nothing.

Actually BetMania is going to come out the other side of this bank processor/MoneyGram/Western Union low limit per day situation just fine. I know they will be in excellent shape to handle the upcoming football season.

What happened with Halifax is unfortunate but he will be paid in full very soon, including a $1,000 payout he can retrieve tomorrow (Friday, I know I said Thursday - sorry). The situation is not nearly as grim as this thread makes it appear at BetMania.

Now you or anyone else in the posting body don't have to believe me regarding this issue (or any other for that matter) and of course no one is twisting anyone's are to play at BetMania or any of the other Rx.com avertiser books.

However I do know that all the moderators here are ready to offer to all Rx.com posters who have legitimate withdrawal disputes with our advertisers all the help they need to get paid. That is somthing that you should believe even in the event you might have heard somthing to the contrary about the mods here helping people (I am not saying you said that, just pointing our the fact that we support all of our posters to the max with all of our books).
