listening to espn radio, heard interview live.

Kobe said he wants to be traded, and NOTHING LAKERS CAN DO to repair the relationship. DOES NOT WANT TO BE IN LA NEXT SEASON

he didn't beat around the bush at all

this is separate from his comments a couple days ago about wanting Jerry West back

The story lines that have engulfed the Los Angeles Lakers in the last week hit a crescendo Wednesday when Kobe Bryant said he would welcome a trade.

Kobe: "I would like
to be traded."

Kobe Bryant tells Stephen A. Smith on 1050 ESPN Radio in New York that he wants to be traded from the Lakers -- and that there's nothing the Lakers can do to change his mind. Listen

"I would like to be traded, yeah," Bryant said on 1050 ESPN Radio in New York. "Tough as it is to come to that conclusion there's no other alternative, you know?"

Bryant, interviewed by Stephen A. Smith, was asked if there was anything the Lakers could do to change his mind.

"No," Bryant said. "I just want them to do the right thing."

koby is a dick..he ruined the lakers teams by demanding certain players be traded and he want to play with certain players....maybe he realizes now that he should never wanted to be the only star and demand shaq be traded..maybe he realizes he is not as good as he thinks he is and could not carry that team to a title on his own...no I in team koby..trade him to the knicks so he can rot in NY with the rest of those losers :aktion033

Oh this is a new one. My bad.

Well, I've been saying all along that Kobe had the worst supporting cast and that frustration finally boiled over.

I think Bitch Kutcake will make a trade for Garnett or Gasol and Kobe will be satisfied. It'll be resolved, don't worry.

Send him to Boston, I mean he's already got our fan support for crying out loud.

Yep...

Pretty interesting stuff...

Looks like Buss pissed Bryant off when he had someone leak those lies to to the LA Times...

Bryant just threw the owner under the bus...no pun intended...coming clean on why O'Neal was traded.

Kobe is easily the best player in the game, he probably has atleast 5 years left around his current level...he could concievably go to a new team and win a few more rings...I can't see it happening in L.A. anytime soon.

I don't think Jack Nicholson will ever see another championship in his life.
