NFL, and NBA, should start a second division like in foreign soccer and institute relegation and promotion once the teams are somewhat able to compete. Relegation would be a fantastic addition to american sports. Wouldn't have to deal with shit teams like the Hawks, Clips, Ariz Cardinals, etc., continuously cashing monster checks in the owners' bank accounts and not putting a competitive product on the field.
