Prices will vary greatly by location. Certain companies are much cheaper than others at some airports, and much more expensive at others.

National is on my shit list....I had to wait in line for over a f'ing hour in Palm Springs to get my keys. There wasn't a line at any other rental counter-National obviously had the best rates there.

I've always had good luck with Enterprise.

very loyal to national while in vegas likewise i am an emerald aisle member........however i am in denver for a week and national wanted 340$ and so i went to expedia and the prices ranged from 330$ to 480$ so i went to priceline and put in 15$ per day for 140$and guess what...............avis picked me up for that price and i saved at least 200 and 300 off of avis price....................i love priceline for cars............:puppy:
