When time limits are involved, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 6 usually requires us not to count the very day from which the designated period of time begins to run nor the weekend if the time limit ends on a weekend. My calculations makes July 10 the compliance date.

This has been said many time about Calvin. They would love to nail him and probably will. You are not the first to say this by a long shot.

Dante- Still up in the air on the bash. We have a little one and are working on another one. THE BASH is a great time for all, and the WIVES love it as well. Looking back, and it took a lot of work to organize a poker tourny that LARGE well over 100 players last year as well. All the RX staff are very welcoming to all new and old posters a highly reccomended yearly event for all to partake in I must say.
