Couple angles working here....1) Their 7 game win streak was broken by the Cards last night & they are STILL in last place in the west. 2) It's coming out through the news that they are a little offended by the amount of Cards support that there has been in this series (It has been bad---must be 25,000 closet Cards fans out here).

trouble is, that your laying a steep price on a bad team..... i wish you luck on this one and it very well could be a winner but laying over (-1.60) on the rockies is risky at best........ cards are 10-4 in last 14 against them.

It certainly is steeper than I'd like. I don't think that they are as bad of a team as you think(and that's from someone who is usually pretty critical of them). They will be jacked up tonight in front of a decent crowd & set themselves up to start another win streak with the shitty reds coming to town.

its steep juice but the cards lineup is not a intimadating one with Pujols and Molina out .. Cook has won his last 3 home starts all by 2 runs or more..Rockies have also won 5 of his 6 last starts by more than 2 runs....-1.5 is a good play here

SL got jobbed on the double play to end the top of the 1st. Spiezio was safe at 1st. Doubt it will matter, but that's the kind of calls I like to see early.

with that cards lineup tonight i dont see them putting up more than 2-3 runs unless the rockies help them with walks and errors. i can see the rockies good for 6 or 7 tonight
