you locked the thread for Saturday's bash Parlay. Was that intentional?

Funny, I said to myself watch this question be about the Sat. contest being locked.

Yes I did but it is open now. I like to take a few minutes and read it once exactly as it looks to you posters to try to keep mistakes down to a minimum. I lock it while I do that in case I have to change a game for one reason or another (like same game posted twice), I don't want to have someone post their parlay then look and see that a particular prop was changed, which makes their parlay out of whack, so I keep the thread locked during the review.

I hope everyone understands, it usually is no more than a ten minute process.

Thanks, wil..

Well since you added the tiebreaker, i no longer post my plays real quick. But in the past I would handicap the picks and press enter as fast as possible.

Usually I would alreaady who pitches the next day anyway since I print those pitching matchups out 3 days in advance around 3 times a week due to changes

Wil-

Please remember that the Moderating Manual clearly states in Article Three, Line 4 that "any moderator locking a bash parlay thread to check for errors must not have that thread locked longer than 5 minutes/300 seconds, whichever is shorter."

That is all. Thank you.

But Wil or the moderating manual never took in to consideration that posters like my friend WVU refreshes the main forum every 1.344 seconds 23.5 hrs a day 7 days a week to make sure he does not miss a thread

Dante, this is true. That is why therx employs "former" moderators to keep track of such activity so that he/she can let the head mod know what's going on. You are providing a service for all of us. Godspeed.
