- I like the Red Sox a lot in this matchup. I think they will get the Yankees back from Friday nights loss. Red Sox clearly the better team right now as the Yanks have been extremely inconsistent to say the least. Mussina and Schilling is the pitching matchup and both of these pitchers havent pitched well in earlier matchups this season as Mussina got hit hard in his only outing vs the Red Sox and Schilling hasnt pitched well in 2 tries so far this season vs the Yankees. I think Schilling will turn that around and pitch an Ace like performance on Saturdays game on Fox. I Mussina has been very incostitent so far this year with an era just under 6. I think the Red Sox win this one pretty easily in a 7-2 type score
