Few reasons here.
The last time Moose saw the Red Sox they hit him hard, and that is the exception not the rule, as Moose's lifetime numbers indicate against the current Sox they really have a hard time hitting him.
Overall they are just .238 in 344 at bats.
Another reason why I like the under here is I was very encouraged by Moose's last outing against the Angels, it wasn't his fault the 'pen crapped the bed.
Moose's control is fine, he has only walked seven batters all season, and I am sensing a vintage Moose/Schilling matchup here.
Schillings numbers are solid for '07, and like Moose he will come to pitch this afternoon.
Throw out last nights crap fest, this one today will be a well pitched, clean and crisp 4-2 type game.
