I saw this system on another forum and have decided to start tracking and playing it. A guy on another forum has been tracking it this season and also has results for the past couple of seasons, and it shows some very solid results. I would say it should be good for at least 30-40 units of profit in a good season. So far this season, it is already up a good bit.
The system:
This is a 2-game chase (was a 4 gm chase prior to 5/16)
Wait for a team to win a game by 5 runs or more.
Skip that teams next 2 games.
Bet against that team for up to the next 2 games.
If the team wins by 5 runs or more during the next 2 games, skip another 2 games.
Progressive betting, always to finish winning one unit.
One change I will be making is to chase it for 4 games, since I have the units needed to do so and because it would eliminate any of the losses that have occured in the past year or two (which was only 1 or 2 on a 2 game chase, so I don't expect to have to chase to the 4th or even 3rd game very much).
