I am pretty sure that last night was my worst day of the season so far this year. I went 0-5 and dropped 5.46 units. I lost both favs and all three dogs. Needless to say the confidence is a little shaken right now. Light schedule today and with rain on the east coast, who knows how many will even be played. Two of the games are day games.

San Francisco +103 vs Phillies………..This one is a no brainer for me. Phils have taken two of three in this series so far. They got blown out in the first game 13-0. Won game two with only six hit behind Cole Hamels and needed a five run 7th inning and a walk off homerun in the 9th to win yesterday. I get the feeling their luck is going to run out. Two pitchers, Zito and Lieber going in opposite directions today. Giants starter Barry Zito, who has been dominant his past two starts, allowing just one run over 14 innings. Jon Lieber is coming off a rough month, during which he posted a 4.68 ERA over five outings. The D-backs pounded 13 hits for five runs off Lieber during his most recent start. I don’t remember what their record is off hand, but the phils have a horrible record vs lefties this year and the way Zito is throwing will not get any easier. I am a little shocked San Fran is not the fav in this game, even at philly.

Seattle -125 vs Baltimore……………Nothing to really back this one up other than a gut feeling. Pretty good pitching matchup with maybe a slight edge to Baltimore as he has been the hotter of the two, but Fernandez is Seattle’s ace and is only a matter of time until he starts pitching like it. Can’t pass up their ace at home only laying -125.

Atlanta (-) vs Florida…………..Hudson is on the hill for the braves tonight. This is only a play for me if for some reason this line is under -150, but I really doubt it will be. There is no line out right now that I seen anywhere, Florida had a pitching change overnight from their original starter. I cannot imagine this line being less than -160 though, so more than likely this is a no play for me.

If Atlanta is a no play, that only leaves two games for me today, but that is ok with how I have been doing and the light schedule. At least I am off work today and can listen to that Phillies game in the afternoon.

Does anybody have mlb.com audio? It is great. For I think $14.99 for the season, you can listen to all games, home or away broadcast. Now that is a best bet. Geez, I almost sound like a commercial for those guys. Last year I got the video and it was great but more expensive. I did not have the time to set in front of the computer all the time or I would get it again this year. If my phillies are still in the playoff hunt, I might get it for August and September.

Good Luck Everybody!!
