Probably will shut it down for a few months boys but this year by far was my most successful year ever in sports wagering. I am looking forward to a few months away for the summer and then I will get ready for some football. This continues to be a great forum and as far as I'm concerned The Rx is second to none. Thanks Billsfan. Housing market a little soft right now. I built a home about five years ago here in OP and it has gone up substanially in value but has now leveled off. Taxes might be high in this area but where else can you build a 3000 sq. foot custom home on a good sized lot for $250,000.
