2) On the left side, click on the link under the picture that says "watch regional action live"
3) On the next screen, click on the game you want to watch on the right side. Hit the "WATCH LIVE FREE" link.
4) If you aren't registered with CSTV, hit the "not registered?" link. It takes literally 10 seconds to register, and there's no verification email or nothing. Once you hit submit, the game will load.
