Remember when your mom would ask you not to stick your head out of a moving vehicle? Horrible news yesterday here in CR when a 12 year old kid coming out of school stood on his bus seat to wave bye to a friend of his. The kid was decapitated by barbed wire in front of his school mates, the body and hands still in the bus, the head lying on the ground below. As you can well imagine, all hell broke loose for the people that were at the scene.
