underachievers or a crooked team, the o's have a lot of skill in their lineup. they've lost five in a row now and are really overdue for a win imo. so tomorrow is thier last day in the west and they'll put the smack down on seattle before they leave. washburn won't know what hit him.

the yankees picked up a few wins recently, and they're putting one of thier more stable starters out tomorrow in wang. joe blow will be all over the yankees, expecting them to break out and save thier season. blah. their run is coming but not yet, i don't think. plus there is something magical about cellular field that keeps sucking balls out of the ballpark whenever the sox need them. they don't want to lose this series. run-line just in case.

aaron cook has a lifetime .300 baa. he's been getting lucky this year with holding opponents to so few runs, but houston isnt screwing around and it's not happening tomorrow. the over looks nice too.
