Davies has been alternating between throwing a gem one start, followed by a poor start the next outing. He was due for the poor start today, after beating the Cubs at Wrigley his last outing. He hasn't disappointed.

well said...they supported their pitcher who just gave up 3 more runs with a patheric 1-2-3 inning that lasted all of 4 minutes.
