Couldn't anyone just file a chargeback and say it was a gambling related charge and courts can't gambling debts? People post stories like all the time, people losing 100k and filing chargebacks and not having to pay any of it. I guess not enough people do it where they lose money. Thats why I always use western union you can deposit 1000 and by the time you pay back your credit card company its like 2200. So the missed free thow to lose by half a point could cost you the 1000 + 900 you would have won and than the interest your credit card company charges.
