30 usually looks OK

40 everything starts to go

50 looks old

I think the worst 5 year hit is 40 to 45.

I agree, very few women over 40 still look good. Gravity and childbirth have ravaged their bodies. However, some trophy wives have the time and money to commit towards keeping up their appearance - see this quite a bit in SoCal.

Another point - I think women completely "give up" when they cut their hair short. They don't even care if they look feminine any longer.

In Denver, that means that they've given up on men & are going to join the rest of their "friends" on the other side.

That 5 years from 40-45 seems to hit hard, like Terri Hatcher..... its` the transistion from sexy to MILF.

i would agree with this......30s most women still have it, they are at their sexual peak....40s is a tough decade to come to terms with for women. 50s they might as well hang it up like Dante Culpepper.
