Judge should be removed. He's trying to set an example with Paris. He's also taking his anger out on her. Judgements shouldn't be made with emotions. Angry Judge leads to harsh sentence, which is unfair. Paris should be punished for the crime she commited. Sherrif should be appluaded for sending Paris home. P.S. in another case woman got 145 day in jail for murder. Go figure

If I was Paris's lawyer I'd be appealing also, even from a distant perspective it seems obvious that the Judge is acting beyond due process.

She won't serve 45 days, I can pretty much guarantee that. I'd expect her to be out next week, but if not, I'm sure it will be reduced back to 23 days where it was originally.
