Ngoudjo (sp?) and Bailey battling in Montreal. Huge rainstorm and crowd is huddled near the ring and they are going crazy. Great atmosphere for a fight.

Gatti-Robinson I is going to follow this on the ESPN2 as well.

What real boxing is all about.

helluva fight, just curious but any ideas as to what these two made tonight? the paying customers certainly got their moneys worth imo.

It was an eliminator fight, so the winner gets a title shot. I'm sure a halfway decent paycheck will come with that.

this gotti robinson fight was a real war, gotti was in more brawls than any fighter in my recent memory, always gave a good effort for the crowd.

Not sure, didn't have a bet on it. Likely Ngoudjo was favored, I'm thinking in the -300 range.

That's about right GD I saw around -340.

He was fairly lucky to get the decision. A case certainly could have been made for Bailey. I certainly would not have wanted to have a -340 ticket when it went to the cards.

Yeah, Odessa was going to start it at -185 but I warned him the public would be all over Ngoudjo so he made it a good bit higher. He was coming off a relatively close loss against Jose Luis Castillo. As for what they made, in all likelyhood not very much. ESPN is very low budget.
