I requested a moneygram payout from Skybook on Thursday morning and was told on Friday that there is a delay on WU/moneygram payouts. They said it would take 3 days but at this point they're not sure yet. They didnt tell me this before I made the deposit. If I make a deposit using cash at a moneygram/WU station, I should be able to withdrawal the same day using the same method. They made up some excuse about "we're having problems with our processors now". What annoyed me really was the fact that they didnt deduct the amount from my account as if they were baiting the customer to play through the weekend. I also find it strange in that they can come up with a name in less than a minute for deposits but come time for a withdrawal, they're having "problems". Being that it was only about $500, I was so annoyed that I went ahead and pissed it off placing wagers and playing in their poker room not caring about the outcome because I'm not playing at this book again. If you're a moneygram/WU player, you're better off playing at Wagerweb. I have requested over 30 withdrawals at wagerweb in the past several years and have been paid every single time, same day with no questions. I know Skybook is probably a solid book but my experience with them has been subpar.
Almost every shop is having issues with WU/MG payouts right now.
The people they are using are having a hard time with the wires, mostly from players requesting multiple withdrawals in the same week, etc.
Looks funny to those watching over it all, when they see these places in Panana, etc. sending out 2 or 3 WU wires a week to the same name.
So now, a lot of the shops are constantly having to find new people to send these payments out.
Smartest thing they can all do, imo, is limit players to 1 WU and/or MG per week.
As far as Skybook, they are 1 of maybe 8 shops TOTAL i would trust almost 100% mright now. You will get your money, you just have to be patient these days.

Well give them a call today and inquire about requesting a withdrawal and see what you get. And the other point about books finding it hard to get names, if you're a solid book with customer satisifaction in mind, you'll find a way to get names. If they can't provide both ways then they should discontinue that method of payment completely and not just allow money in but no money out.
Maybe because the issue they are having right now, is only expected to last a few days or so?
5Dimes quit offering WU/MG payouts completely, so have several others.
Gotta admit, with all the recent troubles, i am pretty surprised to see people so quick to blast a shop for a small glitch like this.
You don't like it? Plenty of other shops to choose from. Though, not very many that are nearly as trustworthy, imo.

I just spoke to Skybook General Manager Keith regarding this matter and he first of all apologises for any inconvienence this very temporary WU/Moneygram delay has created for players. Skybook has a contingency plan now ready to activate that will rectify the problem by Monday, when all delays will be eliminated. The email promo is a marketing method that was planned several days ago and should not be effected by any delays beginning Monday.
Anyone with a problem with Skybook should email me immediately at wilheim@therx.com back-up prrson19481950@yahoo.com and I will immediately contact Skybook and see what can be done to rectify the problem as quickly as posible.

Joined with the free $100, but, wound up making one deposit of $500,00 after that.
Asked them what the quickest withdrawal method would be, for $3,500. Was told i could get a FedEx check within 15 days.
Took just over 60 days to actually recieve the check.
Never bothered registering here to post about it, as the Rx does not have them as an advertiser, so, i tried eog. Never got a reply from any mod until i think my 28th or 29th post on the matter.
By the time the owner replied, with a snickering response, i had already recieved my check.
Seeing the difference between this place, and there, i wish now i had rethought things.
