Anyone else feel that the one latino anchorman on ESPN News just goes overboard with the pronunciation of the latino player names? Seriously, its like he goes out of the way to mention the names. My wife is puerto rican so I'm not being a racist. Enough is enough with this guy.

For as much money as these guys make, they really should learn how to pronounce names.

I heard a guy say "Day az" instead of "Dee az" when pronouncing the last name of Victor Diaz, OF of the Texas Rangers.

there's nothing wrong with what u said, but i find it funny that people feel the need to say well i'm half mexican so i can say that or like u said my wife is puerto rican so its ok....it's just like somebody saying i'm not racist i have a black friend.....

I believe he prefers that pronounciation.

I was corrected the other day when I called a Melissa...Melissa. She let me know it was pronounced "Ma Lee sa"...:WTF:
