has anyone made a deposit via credit card and then when it came time to get a withdrawal,they had to submit 2 forms of ID(drivers lic. and a utility bill with your name on it)? I understand theyre trying to protect the player but shouldnt the license be enough?Im only asking for a sportsbook transfer because theyre Checks can take more than 2 weeks to recieve.
I requested a payout about a week ago. The amount has been deducted from my balance, but I have not heard from them. Can't recall if I ever sent ID in the past (I might have); this is not my first withdrawal.
I'm hoping that if they wanted ID from me they would contact me and ask for it, rather than just sitting on my money indefinitely until I inquired?!?!
