Chicago has been playing better ball of late since the zambrano and pinella incidents, and watch out for alfonso soriano who is finally coming to life. This is a game of the veteran Lilly vs the guy who hasnt been in the majors for 8 years in buddy carlyle. While Lilly has been poor of late I would expect this to be a good spot for him as atlanta is 22-12 vs righties but a poor 12-17 vs lefties, including a 1-4 record over their last 10 vs lefties; whereas, chicago is finally starting to put runs up on the board while atlanta is struggling to score, 9,1,1,4 and 1 runs respectively over their last 5. That will not be enough to win tonight. Atlanta beat up on marquis last night a guy that they have had great success against but other than that the bats have been dead.
