What's everyone's experience with their eCheck withdrawals? This is pretty much the only option they have available for US customers. Since last Wednesday, the withdrawal has remained as "pending." I've talked to customer service and they said that it would change when their bank informs them that the withdrawal has been processed.

Anyone have any idea how long I should expect to wait? The CSR originally told me that it would be ready in only a couple of days, but I don't think they know what they're talking about.

I know that there are a lot of complaints over at SBR about VIP and their slow payouts. They're blaming it on changing to a new processor. However, I do know for a fact that someone I know did receive a payout through E-check last week. It took something like 6 to 7 business days.

If it takes 6-7 business days, that's actually not too bad since it takes around the same for a check from WSEX.

The ones that are getting quick payouts may not be the norm because there seems to be many more complaining about not receiving their payouts yet...

They still have an A- on SBR...doesn't look like the complaints are affecting their rating very much.
