Thought this was an incredible statistic when thinking of todays generation... But know it wouldn't happen in todays generation.

What player stole 722 bases in his career and only got caught 5 times?

Don't cheat because the next clue I am going to give you will give it away if you look it up.

He is also top 20 in on the all time RBI list... That stat is just eye dropping.

Way more than that too Skins but sure you looked quick. He actually made a post about it and was dead wrong.

They didnt keep the stat in alot of those seasons.

EJ, I like you, but you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you? If you look at baseball reference he was caught 15 times in his career. Perhaps you then notice THEY WERE ALL IN THE SAME SEASON AND EVERY OTHER SEASON DOESN'T SHOW ANY. Doesn't that give you pause? Maybe they don't have CS stats for that long ago.

18th on the list it has it listed on ESPN.Com as 722 and caught 5 times

I didn't look on there... I was looking at career RBI leaders and the stat stood out at me on ESPN.com... Why do you think I posted it haha... because I was amazed... Not my fault ESPN has it written down and reported wrong

Then when you click on his name it has it at 15... IDK makes no sense sorry guys it just stood out when I was skimming threw the all time RBI leaders list

Caught stealing was not an official stat until much,much later. Seriously, look at the list of all-time caught stealers. Does it dawn on you that just about every one of them played in the last 20 years?

He has 380 sbs and only 2 caught stealing.

I didn't look at others and I didn't look at the all time list of CS... I just saw tha one on the RBI list... I didn't know reading a statistic that was wrong, off ESPN.com, made me an idiot... Maybe If I went and looked at other lists and didn't just read that one I would be an idiot... but why would they show 5 even if it wasn't a stat you know...

Sorry honest mistake... people love to jump on other people for making a mistake nah well shit happens.

I know they didn't keep the stat till later, I just thought it was funny that he posted the wrong official # on top of it.

Also, what's the difference between a trivia question and a trivia fact question?

ManEJ.....stop trying to be smart....stick to those players you have seen in real life like your boyfriend Mike Jordan or Crede who you said was the best thirdbaseman in MLB...if you would just respect some posters a little bit more and listen to what they have to say, maybe you will learn a little and earn a little bit more respect from other posters...just listen first and then post with your opinons is a start...have a good day..
