I did the same thing picking up one of my kids a few months ago and since then I've been doing a quick simple set of exercises in the morning (while watching SC) that prevents my back from going out on me.

Also, don't rest it, rest makes it worse, work it out gently (walking, light weights, yardwork) until it doesn't bother you anymore.

I'd go to a chiropractor if I were you. He'll put it back in place for you in no time. Believe me it will be the best 50 bucks you ever spent.

neither, I earned my MBA from Manhattan College back in 1992...and I haven't had any class since!

I moved here last year because a surgical practice here threw an unbelieveable amount of money at my wife to join them. I like it here though, good living.

Brock....funny thing...I had 2 disc's removed over 12yrs ago...since then no problem...

now all the sudden...this b*llshit...

I've seriously thought about a Chiropractor, but I beleive this is just a strain or a muscle pull :think2: . None the less it's Fvcked up.

Are Chiropractor's good for my issues:think2: .

I'm at a loss..

thx guys.

yes...i recommended a girl i know who's regular doctor's had basically written her back problems off and tried to get her hooked on vicodin, ETC..

My Chiropractor fixed her up and a month or two later her back issues, which had been around for like 2 years, were HISTORY!

It can't do you any harm to go!
