What books if any offer -1 besides -1.5 run lines?

I know its been posted before, but will someone post the EASIEST formula to make your own -1 runline?

I think Dsethi posted a formula once but I cant seem to locate it.

I thought someone here said " just risk equal amounts on both the ML and the run line." But that doesnt seem right.
